How Our Products Are Made

Most of our apparel items are printed on demand. When you place an order, it is produced specifically for you at a production facility and shipped directly from there to you.

This means your order has two stages, and the total time is the two added together.

Production Time

Production can take 3 to 7 business days. This is the time it takes to print and prepare your item. Your order is not in transit yet during this stage and does not have active tracking.

Production time may run longer during holiday periods, special product launches, or for select products that require all over printing. We will post notices on the site when we expect delays.

Shipping Time

Shipping begins once production is complete, at which point you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated transit times may vary depending on carrier.

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, and carrier backlogs can extend shipping times.

Orders with Multiple Items

Items in a single order may be produced at different facilities and can therefore arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing. Please allow a few extra days before reporting an item as missing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total, are assessed by your local customs authority, and are outside our control. We cannot refund orders that are abandoned or returned because import charges went unpaid.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and correct. We cannot redirect a package once it has entered production.
