We work to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's color reproduction is exact. Print placement may vary slightly between individual items, which is a normal characteristic of made-to-order printing.

3. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in US Dollars or converted through a third-party web extension that may not have the most up-to-date conversion rates. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, or product unavailability. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.

5. Returns and Shipping

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, artwork, and logos are the property of Project-Nerd Ltd or our licensors and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Licensed collections use a brand name, pattern, or likeness through a legal contract or purchase of rights. Licensed apparel collections may or may not be associated with specific brands.

Unlicensed items and products are feature parodies with no official branded IPs.

All items were designed by internal team members or compensated third-party artists.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy its contents, or infringe anyone's rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for third-party shipping agencies policies, terms, or results.
